Publish a Page

Publishing is the step that turns a local draft or internal preview into something others can access. PieBox can help generate previews, collect feedback, and publish confirmed versions.

Step 1: Prepare the Page

Before publishing, make sure the page has a clear purpose:

• Who will open it?
• What should they understand?
• What action should they take?
• Is the content accurate?
• Are there any private details that should be removed?

Step 2: Generate a Preview

Step 3: Collect Feedback

Share the preview with teammates, clients, or stakeholders. Ask for concrete feedback:

• Does the page fit the brand?
• Are the CTAs clear?
• Does mobile layout work?

Step 4: Confirm Before Publishing

Before publishing publicly, check:

• copy accuracy
• link and form behavior
• mobile readability
• compliance and brand requirements
• whether sensitive information is included
• whether the owner has approved the version

Step 5: Publish and Iterate
